Very disappointing experience with Scania Truck Agency. My truck had an AdBlue system fault and was sent to Scania twice. During the first visit, the NOx sensor was replaced. On the second visit, the AdBlue pump was changed. Despite these repairs, the problem returned the very next day. The AdBlue level was not reducing, the truck went into power derate, and it would not exceed 20 km/h. This caused major downtime and loss of income. Very poor service from Scania. My truck had an AdBlue fault and was sent in twice. They replaced the NOX sensor and AdBlue pump, but the issue returned the next day. Truck went into limp mode and wouldn't go over 20 km/h. Paid around $10k with no result and had to spend another $5k at another workshop. No proper diagnosis and no response to calls. Not recommended.
