Alex was so nice to help with my documents. I only had one page to scan, and although his company services those who have bulk scanning needs, he helped me with my single request. Could not have been kinder!
I went to ScanHouse to scan 6 page document into PDF. When I arrived at the place, I was attended by the owner real quick. 5/5 to the customer service. I handed over my documents and the job was done in less than 5 minutes. 5/5 On time delivery. When I asked to pay for the job, the owner did not charge me money at all as it was just couple of pages and insisted that a feedback would be sufficient. 100/100 for generosity and customer satisfaction.
