Learned some exercises to help with body issues I had. Not a relaxing environment at all. If I am booked for a time and then moved to a different time I appreciate having the massage be on that time. Not as much of a massage but a lesson on my body and how at my age I have many issues with it.

Going to see Eva at the Scandinavian clinic regarding my long standing injury was refreshing, as she quickly Identified aspects of my injury that others had not noted before. Her thoroughness, and being Swedish trained stands her apart from the rest. She treats with the whole picture in mind and really wants to see you get better, and to become more resilient.
