Go above and beyond to do whatever is necessary to get their customer back on the water as soon as is possible.
I just needed one small connector replaced on a hydraulic hose. I wasn't even sure if they would do a project so small since they deal with lager fishing fleets. Not only did they fit me in and fix my hose, but they did it quickly and was very reasonably priced.
