Walked into the store and was taken back by the price. Amazon furniture at imported Italian pricing? No thanks

I visited a variety of furnitures stores looking for a stressless chair. Shawn made buying here an easy decision. His service and product knowledge was top notch and he went above and beyond to get me a chair same day.
The furniture seems the same as every other place but 2x the price, maybe more. The worst part was the service. The nastiest customer service I have ever seen. 2 sales people were there (Friday, June 27 - 4pm) neither one bothered acknowledging us and the other customer that walked in. I asked a couple of questions and the lady was so snooty and condescending… just nasty, never even bothered saying hello or getting up from her chair. Management seriously needs to address this.
