My family recently participated in a care conference at Scandi Haven, and the experience was deeply concerning. During the meeting, Director of Nursing Jennifer displayed a communication style that was dismissive, confrontational, and unprofessional. Family members attempted to ask questions and participate in discussions regarding their loved one's care, but their input was repeatedly disregarded.
