Totally impressed and delighted with the service we recieved at Scan Design's Richmond store. John and Sheri were so willing to help and provide a great experience for us. They were enthusiastic, accommodating, helpful and kind. We found the perfect bed frame for our new home.
Bought dining table and chairs here about a year ago now. Very happy with the quality. They had a nice selection and affordable prices. Negotiated the chairs down as we bought 8. Delivery and assembly was easy, very professional. Would come again!

This is very decent store. We bought some furnitures around 12 years ago. We had a very nice tour today with the sales Pat, a very diligent staff. The furnitres are in well sleek and sophisticated design, though a little bit pricey for the some goog. See pictures. I strongly believe I will be back to visit it again to find a better deal😃.
