HORRIBLE Customer Service, staff was unhelpful and horribly rude as we were trying to buy a chair for my ailing father. Prices are very high. Low selection. I DO NOT recommend.
Terrible customer service. Zero interest in helping customers find what they need beyond scowling at them for trying out the furniture. Stacy, in particular, was very rude and unaccommodating.
Lucky provided efficient service and was helpful. We chose a beautiful recliner chair that will look perfect in our space.
Working with Lucky to order our new power recliner sofa/loveseat combo was a breeze!! He is very pleasant to work with and knows his stuff, he able to help us get the best price. The other staff at the store were also lovely. Would highly recommend purchasing furniture from this company. We originally purchased furniture here 17 years ago and glad we came back when it was time to refresh our living room. Will be back for additional pieces in the future. I’ll post photos after delivery!
Excellent service, they helped me with an item that I required for a product that was discontinued and they helped me solve my problem in a very friendly and efficient manner, thanks Scandesign Langley!!!
