Very helpful and attentive staff with lovely furniture selections and great craftsmanship
I bought furniture there about 5 years ago and one of the chair had worn out its seat bed. They fixed it for free under warranty. I thought that was exceptional customer service. Julie Bell went out of her way to help and I am very grateful. It truly feels like a new chair.
Carmen in sales was very enjoyable to deal with and the purchase process was very efficient. The two delivery staff, Karl and Noah were very professional and caring to ensure our couch was delivered smoothly and safely. We would definitely recommend purchasing from this store.
Spent over $5k on electric recliners in July 2025. The leather was sagging in seat area after only two weeks. No support from the company as they said that all leather is different...so basically tough luck ! Spent more at this store to get better quality leather but seems that it didnt matter..
