Excellent service with sales and delivery team (Carmen, Julie, Karl and Noah)! Would have given a 5 star if I was offered a bit of a discount having bought a floor model sofa, but then too, in my rush I didn’t ask. If the app allowed me to leave a 4.8 star review, I would have. Quality furnishings, suitable prices and professional service.
I had my new couch delivered today and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Karl and Noah were absolutely awesome—very professional, careful, and friendly. They made the whole delivery smooth and stress-free. A big thank you as well to Carman, the saleswoman, who was wonderful to work with and made the purchase process so easy. Couldn’t be happier with the service! I will definitely be buying more in the future. Lisa :)
We went in to purchase a love seat recliner. We were probably in the store for more than an hour and a half. Our salesperson allowed us to try all different couches without any pressure. She was wonderful in all aspects of our experience at the store. We bought exactly what we needed and wanted. The whole experience was awesome. We will buy from Scan Designs again. Thank you Julie!
