Easy store to view furniture. Lots of space
I purchased a leather sofa and within a very short time, the leather was absorbing color from peoples clothes. It looks like it’s dirty…very gross looking. I had purchased insurance from ScanDesign at the same time as buying this sofa. It’s been about 2 months and I still cant get anyone to call me back. At first they were very concerned and sent someone to clean it. It would not clean…he spent many hours working on it. Next they want to repair with a piece of new leather. Good customer service. Though understaffed today, Jenna could still juggle dealing with more than one party at a time without us feeling rushed.
We went back to purchase 2 Stressless chairs. (ScanDesigns currently has a terrific sale.) Jenna once again spent a lot of time with us making sure we had the correct colour choices to match our recent purchase of the leather sofa. She has great design ideas and helped us immensely!
