I recently found a sofa I liked online and went into the store to touch it, sit on it, etc. I was fortunate to have Shawn Morash help me with my purchase; he explained everything in great detail without being pushy...luckily the sofa colour I wanted was on order already, so Shawn explained when it would arrive, how the warranty and after-care worked, and the full details of delivery. Scan Design quality, service and staff are impeccable. Quality , Value for dollar is unbeatable. Jenna was was very helpful, professional, and unwavering in any statements or commitments. I highly recommend the store as my wife is a shopper extreme and by far this is a stand out store with standout quality and service
My family has given Scan Design years of loyalty and tens of thousands of dollars in business, but our recent experience was shocking. My brother was promised free delivery on a chair purchase, only to be told afterward he had to pay $130. Perhaps “free delivery” was just a tactic for salesman Shawn to close the sale. Shawn was rude when asked for a refund and condescending over the phone. Communication is poor, customer service is lacking, and the furniture is overpriced. Save yourself the frustration-shop elsewhere.
Stumbled on this store by accident and blown away by the amazing products, prices and sales-person. Loving our new furniture!! Thanks Shawn!
