My family has given Scan Design years of loyalty and tens of thousands of dollars in business, but our recent experience was shocking. My brother was promised free delivery on a chair purchase, only to be told afterward he had to pay $130. Perhaps “free delivery” was just a tactic for salesman Shawn to close the sale. Shawn was rude when asked for a refund and condescending over the phone. Communication is poor, customer service is lacking, and the furniture is overpriced. Save yourself the frustration-shop elsewhere.

I’ve loved shopping here for decades! The furniture is very good quality at a reasonable price and always stylish. Shawn has been helping me with some furnishings and he is such a sweet guy! Also funny, never rushes and always gives an honest opinion. Thank you Shawn!
