So, I have used ScanCafe three times since 2011 and never have had a complaint. A few days ago I was looking at my past scans and I realised that I cannot locate some of them. I went to the ScanCafe site and my scans from 2011 are still there. The high resolution files are no longer available, the only go back as far as 2019. I have used ScanCafe several times to scan family slides taken by my dad and grandfather. ScanCafe removes the anxiety from the process of packaging up these irreplaceable family photos and sending them away for processing. Their communication is top notch, and they let you know the status of your order as it moves through their process. Everyone I dealt with at Sacan Cafe as friendly knowledgeable and helpful,.The pictures were scanned from bags I had included so they are in a sort of order... thats on me not them I Highly recommend this service and will continue to use for more photos and videos
