We are first time customers of Scan Design. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience and do not recommend them. After months of redesigning our master bedroom we picked out a bedroom set at Scan Design in August. The dresser was available for immediate delivery, however, we were told the nightstands would be in at the end of October. The end of October turned into the end of November. Great stand alone store and great space and staff - manager is the best - you all have great value - modern yet comfy - high end sophisticated and my house is mostly all scan design although- you can't go wrong and the delivery is ....the best guys and the best run in the business you guys deserve the props - professional service from me who is a picky NY guy - I love this store and ... maybe I'll buy a Volvo now too lol
