Unfortunately my experience with this business does not align with any of the other reviews. I had received a gift card for the scalp spot and was really excited to book. From the beginning, it was very hard to get a response or clear answer from the business owner. I would ask about availability and only get one option For booking per week after 24 hours After inquiring.
