Billie Jean was amazing and did a great job! She was very sweet and friendly! The scalp treatment was amazing! It was very relaxing and my scalp feels so clean! The environment was also very clean and calm and relaxing! I loved my experience here and will definitely be back!!

I had my first scalp treatment on June 1, 2026 and it was absolutely amazing! My scalp has never felt so clean and refreshed. I was recently diagnosed with scalp psoriasis and Billie Jean has been wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable and the treatment was everything I hoped for! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Billie Jean was amazing! My scalp has never been this clean. I take my hair care and skincare very seriously. She truly was phenomenal and so personable. The best 60 minutes ever, plus the photos of my scalp were super cool.

I received the kindest most knowledgeable care. The owner was able to explain how to improve my scalp health and provide recommendations for what to do and why if I wanted it. She ensured that I was getting the service I paid for and the information I need while having a very relaxing experience. The set up was very peaceful and calming. I can’t wait to go back. I would recommend and give it a try.

Had my first scalp treatment January 6 2026 and it was everything I imagined and more! I’d been dying to do this for months thanks to TikTok and Scalp Serenity didn’t disappoint! Amazing facility, very calm and tranquil. Staff was beyond sweet! Everything was absolutely spotless and clean and smelled amazing! The vibe is so calm and relaxing and peaceful! Much needed experience for this momma of 2 boys. I will 100% be back!
