I called them with a simple question about one of their trustee sales and the person on the phone was extremely rood and hung up on me. Terrible customer service.
Mitch Brooks and Diana Olmedo have been handling my case and they’ve been fantastic, taking great care and detail to my needs. Family law can be so emotional in nature and they’ve been extremely professional and patient throughout. 10/10 recommend them both 🙏🏼
I recommend Mitchell Brooks every chance I get. I have a very litigious ex who has occupied (to the best of his ability and as his pocketbook allows) for nearly 15 years. It has been exhausting. I know many women in similar situations and they cannot believe the success I have managed to have due, in large part, to Mitch's efforts. He's been a life-saver!

That trust has now been completely broken. I had used three attorneys from this firm for my business over the years, sharing extensive confidential information about myself and my company. Can't speak for their actual work as attorneys but came away very unimpressed after several interactions. No returned phone calls or emails for long stretches, then when following up, the paralegal will only arrange a paid consultation and gives rates for a fairly mediocre credentialed/experienced lawyer priced at $475/hr. This after getting much better responsiveness from more elite law firms in town, where attorneys actually get on the phone. Can't imagine ever calling these guys again.
