The employees at Scales & Tails Pet Store do not treat the animals right. They are not provided with the correct substrates or temperatures in their enclosures. I noticed that they had a small leopard gecko on a shelf right next to the door. In the 10 gallon aquarium, I saw sand. Leopard geckos are not supposed to be kept on sand because if they ingest it, it can cause respiratory problems. Also, I didn't see a heat rock.
