Stephanie is an incredible pelvic floor PT and is a master of her craft. Stephanie is my go-to pelvic floor physical therapist in the area. I am a pelvic floor and orthopedic physical therapist myself, and really value quality care. I worked with Stephanie through my pregnancy to help guide what I should and should not do for workouts. I also saw her postpartum to address my pelvic floor and core stabilization to make sure I was engaging everything correctly before returning back to lifting heavier weights. Dr Cleary (Stephanie) was really amazing. She helped me to diagnose and treat a couple of long standing issues I had been having after the birth of my children. Even though a couple years had passed, it was wonderful to know that things could still be improved and I am now able to return to exercise without discomfort!
