Excellent product and company. Their customer service is very impressive. I ordered new traction mats for my daughter's ski as a grad gift and I put a little note in the order saying that it would be amazing if we could get them prior to the 4th of July (which would technically be before the expected delivery date) as we are going out of town and I got an email first thing in the morning letting me know they would get them out the door within a few days.
