Awful experience when I went to pick up my vacuum. After explaining to me he found nothing wrong with it he didn’t even hand me my vacuum I had to ask well “where’s my vacuum”? He hesitates for a moment then reaches to his left and picks up the vacuum and just stands it up next to the counter where I was. Didn’t open the door for me as I left with the vacuum in my hands or even as much say thanks for coming in or have a nice day or anything. Horrible customer service as well as very rude. Never again!
I know this is the only place in scv that works on Singer Sewing Machines but never again. Return my Machine with cheap zigzagfoot and kept it my straight stitch foot. Also removed the push down bobbin winder button and didn't replace. Also charged us in error $1,175.00 Total trips 3 to get this corrected and still didn't get the push button. He needs to retire!!!
Great job repairing my dyson vacume. Also great job conducting preventative maintenance on my wife's sewing machine. Great service. Thanks.
