Driver missed my daughter’s stop. Called this number and the dispatcher got in immediate contact with him so he could circle back. These driver’s deal with a lot of bad behavior from people’s kids. The do a good job for the conditions they work under.
Waited at 9437 State Route 83 Lodi behind a bus for 8 minutes on 2-23-23. 2 kids got off the bus and the parent walked to the bus and proceeded to have an 8 minute talk with the bus driver while the red lights flashed during rush hour on a busy state route. Very unprofessional. No, no special needs child being helped off the bus, just a mom and a bus driver catching up.
