Terrible experience with Shicheng Finance. Strongly NOT recommended. I sincerely urge anyone with common sense to stay away from this company. I went through them for a home loan, and they referred me to a fund company. Over 18 months, I repaid nearly $80,000 — but when I sold the house, I found out that only $5,000 had gone toward the principal. What kind of ridiculous loan structure is this?
