I purchased two volcom snowboarding jackets for Christmas, paid over 50 dollars in shipping, the jacket I ordered was incorrect and they are refusing to take a return without photos. I explained that my phone camera was broken so it is impossible and they are still refusing to take me return for the jacket. They are completely unethical and have terrible customer service. Don't get screwed out of money like we did.
