I wish I never had to write this but I must share my experience.. Let me start by saying that I have used SBI before and experience great customer service and quality. Unfortunately, that changed with my recent experience.. I contracted with SBI to fireproof 140 yards of fabric for a drapery job that I had a contractual deadline that I was not going to miss.. SBI gives excellent service. They recently treated some very expensive Colefax & Fowler fabric from Cowtan & Tout. The result was splendid ! The members of the staff are really nice and helpful. I will use SBI again and again and highly recommend them.
I absolutely love SBI. Their customer service is amazing! I run an upholstery company in Seattle and was looking for a company that could help us with stain protection. I called many places and was disappointed by the horrible customer service. Not with SBI, Jason answered the phone and was just delightful to speak to.
