It was great to meet Uman who helped me to resolve my issues relating to online banking. She was very helpful and friendly. I noticed they go out of the way to help the customers. Also, I met other bank officials at the counter and met manager regarding mortgage who explained me the process very clearly and patiently. Great customer experience.
