Chanaka & Elizabeth have no shame. Most incompetent firm that I have ever used. They have trouble constructing an English written sentence & botched up my commercial lease & still took my money, asked if I’d like to make a donation to SBC & when I refused them they then refused to finalise my commercial lease without a refund. Don't say that you weren't warned if you retain these thieves. you will loose you money & your business/case.
I refused to work with any of you after your legal sideloops.
This company is terrible. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. I dealt with them on a sale of my home and the stupidity of the staff was just astounding. You are meant to be hiring a professional to carry out work for you and they make the job so much harder than it needs to be. I would never use this company again and i believe they should be investigated for negligence and failure to comply. Just ridiculous......
