Banked with this branch of Sussex Bank, now SB One, for many years. Exceptional service-from the branch manager to the teller staff.
They are never ever open. It says they close at 6 on the website but I got there at 1240 today and it was closed, on a Thursday.. on Saturdays I dont even think they are there anymore and they are supposed to be open til 12
Went in with my fiancé and three children to open an account with them. We sat in the lobby for ten minutes waiting (there was no one else in the bank) before we decided to leave. Very disappointed.
