Really thought a community bank would be a bit more accommodating during this time. Unfortunately my account went negative while waiting for my unemployment to come process and still the bank is returning the item and charging the fee. I mean I get it relying on unemployment to come on time was not a solid move. But at least waive the fee and help your customers out a little bit. Very very turned off by this. Back to Capitol One!!!!!
