I have been waiting over two weeks for a replacement for my bank card that I had to d/c because of illegitimate purchases on my account. I have been given inane excuses for the delay that people are now working from home and the machine that makes the cards is broken. I would seriously consider not banking here. The bank will be merging with Provident this November. If they cannot handle a bank card how will they ever be able to handle a merger???
Employees working the drive thru are doing the best they can, but it seems they have relegated one attendee to both lanes. I am surprised I am the first to complain about it.
