Informative, knowledgeable and very friendly.
After stopping in for my first visit I will never go anywhere else. Invited in with great attitudes and answers to all my questions, both Robin and Sy made me feel at home and took away all of the worry I had in the past. The game changer was when Robin challenged me for a bike ride and after accepting made a complete believer and customer out of me from here on in.
Stop in for some accessories rack and bag, had both in stock and gave me %10 off. Will be dealing with SB again and will recommend to others.
