Been here since 8 am when the doors opened. 3rd in line, checked in for help and no one calls my name until 9:47. Not to mention she only called my name to ask me a question…. I’m still waiting to be called smh. These ppl are rude, lazy af, lack empathy, and are very unprofessional. Shameful.
