Does not respond to emails or voicemails. Hired her for the last three years, and it's always been last-minute, with a great lack of back-and-forth communications. Save yourself the headache, and hire someone who has the professional courtesy of responding to clients during business hours. I hope I'm the exception and that I am wrong about her, but three years in a row... I have an inquiry about something that is likely her mistake on my tax return. Stephanie was great until the CRA came back with questions about our the tax return she filed for us. We've been unable to get her to help us or even reply to us, even though she had previously agreed to help us if the CRA had follow up questions for us.
Received incorrect information for postponing repayment to CRA and Incurring Penalties and interest changes as a result.after being Insured of one year Grace period without penalty. I have sent emails asking why and she will not respond! Poor accounting information and service
She is very professional and does our income taxes every year in a timely manner. She is affordable and friendly.
