I recently had the pleasure of completing my 2nd course of Qi Gong with a small group of beautiful people. I thoroughly enjoyed the classes. Yvonne has a great way of teaching and helping you understand the art. I have discovered so many benefits from learning Qi Gong. Yvonne has such a beautiful warm, nurturing and joyful energy. She has created such a special space that reflects this, and a space to allow you to be seen, heard and be vulnerable to surrender into the modalities that she offers.
