Pleasant thorough explanation of hearing aids, testing, insurance and other costs/benefits. After testing, the results were reviewed and available products were discussed and a selection followed. Hearing aids were programmed, fitted and tweaked. 3 hours start to finish. Couldn’t have gone better. First follow up appointment scheduled in 2 weeks . Thanks”Say What”, I am a very happy customer!
Say What? / Marty provided us with a great experience when we went for my husband’s hearing evaluation. Transparency and integrity are the main factors that inspired this review. Those are rare qualities. Marty has them, along with years of experience. He also took time to get to know us and did not rush through our appointment. Highly recommend him.
My mother has a server hearing loss. It took many visits to get her the right hearing aids that now aid her in some form of hearing. Marty was patient and took the time to really understand her needs and because of that she can participate more in conversations she could not before. Thank you Marty!
