I was told that my returns would be started in approximately one month. Approx one month later I emailed Ms. Dana for an update. She replied that it would be a while before she could get to them. I was concerned that I was getting pushed off so I went to their office to speak to Dana. When I arrived she told me that I should just take them somewhere else because there is no way that she can give an accurate start date.
