Mold lawsuit
Great Service and Staff have been using them for all me Real Estate deals they have never let me down.
Worst experience of my life. I filed a lawsuit and Frazier Carraway wanted $30k in fees and me to take $2,500 after doing nothing except filing suit and making a few calls. The firm refused to thoroughly prosecute my case. I was offered a $10k settlement (to be split with me and the attorney) but since it didn't match the $50k they now wanted in fees, I refused. Down the road, Frazier Carraway decided to withdraw from my case when I refused to drop the case, after he made all kinds of threats against me. BEWARE of this firm.... read more
