Unsafe and bad, we got a car with the front tire completely destroyed and ready to explode. After three days we got another car but the dashboard wasn’t working, I’m not sure why JW Marriott use this company for guests, both are bad, saxe never apologized or offer us anything in return, use another company
We rented a small car from Sax. The experience could not have been better. From the very friendly staff to the clean car it was great. You can't beat the price either. We will be back and will definitely rent fron Sax again.
Excellent customer service, very fast and efficient. Came and picked us up from the resort in order to rent a car and took us to the ferry after returning it. Everyone was very friendly and professional and the process was a breeze. Highly recommend!
