I am completely disappointed in who is supposed to be a reputable attorney... Mr. Myerberg has no issues receiving my money and performing no duties. He took my $750 and did nothing and then told me he is retiring in August. Way to hold up to the Southern Maryland reputation and be useless...
Absolutely, disappointed in this firm. I paid a $750 retainer to Mr. Myerberg for him to continually tell me I'm wrong, talk to me for one hour, asked me to send him the correspondence, he barely looked at the correspondence and then told me to Google everything. He then later explain that he is retiring in August. Why did he take my money if he knew he was retiring? He did nothing and received my money, good for you. Another St Mary's County so-called attorney that lived up to their reputation....
Mr. Myerberg is an awesome lawyer. He does his best to help. If he doesn't know the answer, he takes his time to research it thoroughly. He is a fighter for your rights. Very detailed in explaining things for you to understand. He listens, which many do not. He cares for his clients. He isnt just about getting paid. He goes above and beyond to help the client.
This law firm doesn’t return calls. It’s only one attorney there, please do not be fooled by the name. If you called and the attorney usually unable to talk to about 90 % of the time there isn’t any other reliable person in the office to give you any answers (after he gets the case) This attorney does what’s best for his self than what his client is requesting he will try to prolong a case for a larger payout for his bank account so he doesn’t have you in your best interest therefore he will receive a larger percentage and c... read more
