Paul was so patient and extremely knowledgeable. From start to finish he offered us guidance and support. We were very unsure about what we wanted and Paul was great at helping us come to a decision. He took us through multiple processes, tested multiple finishes, and recommend different options in order for us to truly know what we wanted. Ordered a bit of wood after I was told 7 days to complete….. no phone calls or emails returned. We showed up to pick the product up and he’d decided to shut the shop early so we had to wait around an hour.. no discounts or apology offered
