First visit today. Usually go to Bunnings. Hard to understand the negative reviews about customer service. The gentleman who served me was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful, checking to make sure I knew how to install the flooring and offering much needed advice. Really appreciated his input. Prices comparable with those at Bunnings, whose staff are also friendly and helpful but usually don’t have the background knowledge to help customers when they’re attempting something for the first time. When they say, “If it’s not wax wood it’s not good” they mean it. The wax wood we got is no good. All of it lasted less than 4 years and we have had to replace it. Any that have come into contact with the ground have rotted. What’s supposed to be H4 200x100 sleepers are falling apart. Same as the 90x90 dressed wax wood posts. Anything above the ground is fine, just not anything that has come into contact with soil.
