The salesperson did not spec out my windows correctly which resulted in the company sending inexperienced guys for install on first visit. This work had to be completed on a deadline due to sale of my home. Work had to also be approved by my city inspector due to permit. They are thiefs, took my deposit, and didn't do the job, $6,000.. taey took for my deposit, they are crooks, am in court , and still can't get my money back from them..
DO NOT HIRE - KEPT MY DEPOSIT AFTER THEY CAUSED DAMAGE - UNPROFESSIONAL- TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE This company is the ABSOLUTE WORST company for customer service, reliability and dependability. Stay away from Sawgrass. My overall experience was extremely stressful and painful from start to finish. I had whole house windows installed. This is a company with no integrity. What is promised is not delivered. Order was delayed by few weeks out and we were told all was on track. Promised installation of will take 2 days and it took 3 days. Workmen were tardy and quality of work questionable. On top of that Sawgrass triedto bill us another $1400 for build outs of all the windows when only half of them required built outs.
