Horrifyingly terrible company. If you are a seller DO NOT enter into a contract with a buyer that is working with this mortgage company. Our experience has been a nightmare. Every step of the way this unprofessional, incompetent company has made the selling process stretch on and on and on and on and on. We have had to grant extension after extension after extension.
