A very nice, local, and pleasant wholesale shop! Has mostly anything and everything a restaurant would need.
While driving down the street I was suddenly cut off by a driver for the Sawaya F & C Wholesale Co of Trinidad Colorado. When the driver got to the next intersection he ran through a yeild sign directly in front of another on-coming car. He then proceeded to drive 15 mph below the speed limit creating a traffic jam. If this is the typical attitude of the company then its well worth avoiding.
