April 16 2025 purchased Frigidaire dishwasher had in storage for 2 months plus . Installation in June machine was not operational. I called and spoke to sales team and repair service. Was told to bring back for repair or replacement, they sent me home with new in crate. Thank you my wife is happy with this ,happy wife happy life 💕..Thank you to management and staff . My wife and I had an excellent experience with their Sales Rep Hank Wall. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable in helping us pick out our freezer. We would definitely go back and see again for future purchases.
We recently had a problem with our LG refrigerator. After talking with Sawatzky’s service centre I was told that we needed a new compressor that would be covered under the 10 year warranty and I would only have to pay for the labour along with the pick up and delivery charge. The cost was $400 plus taxes vs buying a new fridge. They brought us a loner fridge while ours was being repaired. I would say worst customer service experience. I got couch from them firstly they delivered in apartment in very bad way the space was limited in the main door, they kept on trying to push inside and damaged walls. Just after one or two days of delivery we found noise while sitting and got up. We wanted to return it but they refused to take it back and offered store credit or money with high percentage of deduction. They took couch back to fix noise issue.
