This place used to be good, been there so many times over the last 5-6 years but after today I won’t go back again. There’s no consistency it’s all based on who you get on the day and whether or not they are experienced. I did not have a good experience today, I left feeling very upset, frustrated and robbed of $95
If I could give six stars, I would! I had such a wonderful experience here. Uden at reception went above and beyond to help me with my booking—so warm, professional, and accommodating. My massage was absolutely amazing. I was looked after by Amy, who was incredibly caring. She checked in with me several times to make sure I was comfortable and really listened to which areas I was in pain, tailoring the massage to ease that discomfort.
