I rang to make an appointment and requested a mature therapist because that is what i would feel comfortable with and i was told that i am judging people and to keep my opinion to myself and i thought that a paying customer should be able to request a therapist that they would feel comfortable with. Very poor customer service and definitely lost a future long term customer.
