I am a general building contractor in West Los Angeles (Samuels Construction). Sawaed of Sawaed Inc. has been providing fabrication, and installation services for twenty or so years for me. The fabrication is flawless, and the installation is always on time. I would recommed him to anyone.
I’m a remodeling contractor and have been using Sawaed and his team for many years, they always do top quality work for a fair price. Once again they did an amazing job on our latest kitchen and bathroom project.

PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!! I hired Sawaed to install kitchen countertops and backsplash in December of 2021. He came to my house, stated how beautiful my house was on the first day. On the second day of work, he inquired what I did for a living. After having his crew work for four days of a five day job, he calls me to tell me that he couldn’t complete the job unless I paid him an additional $2,500. I was apoplectic!!
