Great service and customer service. Staff were attentive and friendly. Leela did great! She listened to my concerns and checked I was comfortable throughout the process. The tea after the was also wonderful. Very nice experience.
Always a great place to get the knots out. Staff is excellent and caring. They check often to make sure pressure is consistent. Great central location in Prescott Valley.
Unfortunately had a really bad experience taking my best friend here on Sunday. Tena and Chaiyo were our therapists. Neither of them paid attention to the intake form or verbal directions given. ** When I asked Chaiyo to please massage my hips as they really hurt from a knee injury he refused and told me to be quiet and told me he knew how to massage his wife and that he “knew where my body hurt”.
