**UPDATE** I was contacted by the Manager of Sawaddee, who apologized for the experience I had and offered a complimentary massage with one of their top RMT's as compensation. The Manager also informed me they spoke to the RMT of concern and addressed my feedback with them to hopefully ensure a far better experience for all Clients going forward. I just got my massage done from mana…. Oh my god i can’t explain…it was soooooo goooddd. Just amazing.she got the exact spot where i had pain.. Recommend to everyone.
Unfortunately, my experience was less than stellar. The RMT who performed my relaxation massage, did not ask me what I wanted (the only question was "do you have any complaints for me? - about possible sore areas). That was LITERALLY IT. I was not asked what I wanted massaged, I was not asked for consent before the RMT performed traction on my legs (which triggered my sciatic nerve) and I left my appointment feeling worse than when I went in. I would recommend this place to everyone! I came for a massage with Shareen after my car accident; she is very knowledgeable & knows what she is doing, the receptionist was also very welcoming and helped me with all my paperwork. Best massage place ever!
