We had a great experience working with Ty Oyner at Savona Kitchen & Bath on our kitchen renovation. Ty worked with us from the start to design a kitchen that met our needs. Ty then helped us to select the colors of the cabinets, counter tops, back splash and fixtures so that we had a beautiful kitchen. Ty followed up by coming to our home during the renovation to make sure all measurements were correct. I am continuing to have a horrific experience with this company. Ty was the assigned representative. He was slow to respond and made many mistakes. 3 weeks after we placed the original order and paid he told me the tile was discontinued. He designed a vanity the was disproportional. He constantly told me his computer program could not properly design. They owe me over $2,000 for returned items that were damaged or improperly ordered. The owners response is to take him to court.
