I am a customer of this bank for years and always find it the most pleasant experience. Ladies that work there are very good and helping you with all the financial needs and you actually feel like you have a friend in them when that happens. Bank alone was my friend in getting my appartment, my first credit card and all my needs in between! Always friendly and genualy intrested in you clerks make every visit a pleasure and bank alone make you want to come back. Thank you for being awesome
This is why I stick to my normal branch. I have been to this branch before and have had decent service except for this morning. I just left this branch, via the drive thru, and had the worst service. Can't explain how RUDE this woman was. I wish I had asked her name before my husband left. Because I wouldn't have been the pleasant person my husband was to her.
